Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer outcomes through production deployments and increased adoption
- Define and manage structured, time-bound onboarding and deployment projects
- Guide organizations through adoption journey with change management expertise
- Train and educate ChatGPT Enterprise users to drive adoption and value
- Own technical deployment including connectors, Codex, and custom GPTs
- Design and lead hackathons, workshops, and training sessions
- Codify best practices and playbooks based on customer interactions
Qualifications
- 6+ years in customer-facing roles engaging C-level technical audiences
- Experience leading complex implementations of Generative AI/ML solutions
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Track record of delivering and scaling exceptional customer experience
- Personal commitment to safe and ethical AI evolution
