## Job Role
Collections team under Billing responsible collect payments workplaces (healthcare facilities). Billing Representative (BR) ensure assigned workplaces pay invoices quickly/on time. Cash lifeline company; critical smooth cash flows. BR reach workplaces phone/email follow payments, get commitment (promise pay), ensure honor. Work workplaces/internal teams remove roadblocks collections. Cross-functional colab Billing Disputes/Sales/Customer Support/others achieve goals.

Responsibilities:
– Monitor accounts outstanding debts.
– Review previous data debt/bill.
– Call/email AP contacts/admins/others overdue/upcoming dues.
– Identify root non-payment.
– Resolve billing concerns.
– Report collections update/AR status.
– Comm sales dept accurate/updated client contract/info.
– Maintain logs calls/record payment updates customer.
– Receive new assignments contact customer set relationship success, introduce/collect info.
– Identify critical accounts endorse managers escalatory.
– Build rels workplaces (set expectations billing policy/explain NET/Dispute Terms etc).
– Build SMART action plans delinquent accounts.
– Aim 95% collection rate quarterly.

– Strong judgment customer-facing/live.
– Mileage feedback (high coachability).
– Build rels customers.
– Professional hygiene (on time/follow commitments etc).

– Quick adaptability changes.
– Preferred: Google Drive/Slack/Salesforce/soft phone like Amazon Connect; adapt tech changes.

Qualifications: Open all exp levels – ability handle business customers professionally/solve problems. No specific degree – care do, not résumé.
