### Job Description
Own subscription operations for enterprise contracts, support billing tickets, manage credits and incentives, assist in compliance and audits, reduce churn through dunning processes, and streamline workflows in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
### Requirements
– Based in the United States or equivalent timezone
– 2–4 years experience in billing, finance operations, or revenue operations
– Strong knowledge of billing systems (e.g., Stripe/Orb), CRMs (e.g., Hubspot/Salesforce), and spreadsheets
– Comfortable handling customer billing support
– Self-starter with excellent time management and communication skills
