Role Overview:
We’re looking for an Appointment Setter to generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails. This role is more than just scheduling—it’s about pre-qualifying leads, managing the pipeline, and ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, strong HubSpot skills, and a proven ability to connect with decision-makers. Healthcare experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Outreach & Appointment Setting
– Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate interest and schedule qualified appointments.
– Engage in pre-qualification conversations to confirm fit before passing leads to the sales team.
– Ensure smooth handoff of appointments, keeping communication clear and timely.
– Track and manage all outreach activity to maintain a steady flow of opportunities.
Lead Qualification & Nurturing
– Qualify prospects against predefined criteria, focusing on decision-makers with real potential to convert.
– Clearly communicate value propositions to secure interest and engagement.
– Maintain consistent follow-ups to strengthen relationships and keep prospects moving through the pipeline.
Pipeline & CRM Management
– Manage and update lead information within HubSpot to ensure data accuracy.
– Segment leads effectively for targeted outreach.
– Monitor appointment-setting activity and report results to refine strategies.
Collaboration & Communication
– Partner with the sales team to align lead qualification with overall sales objectives.
– Share performance insights to improve outreach and conversion.
– Provide regular progress updates to leadership.
Qualifications:
Experience
– 2+ years in business development or sales, with proven success setting appointments with VP-level decision-makers in B2B.
– Previous experience using HubSpot for CRM management and lead tracking.
– Background in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required.
Skills
– Fluent English with strong communication (written & verbal).
– Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads and appointments.
– Ability to build rapport quickly over phone and email.
– Comfortable with outbound calling, email outreach, and managing decision-maker conversations.
– Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated to achieve goals
What Success Looks Like
– Hitting daily activity targets (50–70 outbound calls and emails).
– Booking 3–5 qualified appointments per week.
– Maintaining an organized, accurate pipeline with timely follow-ups.
– Smoothly transitioning qualified leads to the sales team, resulting in stronger conversions.
