Our team is expanding, and we’re looking to hire a Creative Content Designer for our internal Talent Marketing team — the creative crew responsible for designing the visuals, videos, and campaigns that attract incredible candidates to join our clients’ teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Creative Content Designer to design eye-catching visuals and short videos for our talent attraction campaigns. You’ll also help update landing pages and create templates that help maintain consistency across campaigns. This is an internal role within our Talent Marketing team, where you’ll collaborate closely with our Content Coordinator and Sourcing team to ensure every asset looks great, feels on-brand, and connects with the right audience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
– Design static assets and short videos for social media, job ads, and email campaigns.
– Create visuals for emails, job boards, newsletters, and WhatsApp channels.
– Design and update landing pages, including layout and asset uploads (basic HTML/CSS or no-code tools like Webflow, Wix, or HubSpot are a plus).
– Build templates and mini brand kits for consistent campaign visuals.
– Work with the Content Coordinator and Sourcing team to align visuals and messaging.
– Ensure the visual identity remains strong, modern, and cohesive across platforms.
– Track performance and adjust creative direction based on results.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
– 2+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or digital marketing.
– Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
– Experience with short-form videos, animations, or reels for social media.
– Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or no-code landing page editors.
– Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetic balance.
– Organized and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus:
– Experience working in a staffing or recruiting agency.
– Knowledge of what motivates candidates to click “apply” and engage with job posts.
NICE-TO-HAVE
– Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Google Sites/Webflow/Wix.
– Interest in employer branding and creative experimentation.
