Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial Growth Marketing Manager to design, test, and optimize growth initiatives across the full customer journey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, is data-driven, and knows how to turn insights into measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
– Campaign Strategy & Experimentation
– Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention.
– Design and run experiments across paid media, social media, and email to test new strategies and improve performance.
– Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights for optimization.
– Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
– Optimize conversion rates across all stages of the marketing funnel.
– Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure landing pages and customer flows are conversion-ready.
– Identify growth opportunities, launch new initiatives, and track performance metrics.
– Collaboration & Cross-Department Coordination
– Align efforts with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
– Manage the progress of growth initiatives across teams, ensuring timely execution.
– Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for growth.
– Data Analysis & Reporting
– Leverage data to measure, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness.
– Implement and manage tracking tools to monitor performance and experiment impact.
– Deliver regular performance reports and recommend strategies for improvement.
Qualifications:
– Experience
– 3–5 years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, ideally within D2C healthcare businesses.
– Proven record of running experiments that boost revenue and manage CAC.
– Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
– Skills
– Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
– Energetic personality.
– Proficiency with engagement tools (email marketing, CRO, paid media).
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
– Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
– Demonstrate high energy and enthusiasm in driving initiatives and collaborating with teams.

– Executing experiments that consistently improve key marketing metrics.
