You’ll work closely with the Social Media Director and collaborate with creative and brand teams to bring influencer-driven storytelling to life. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced DTC environment, understands the modern influencer landscape (especially TikTok), and balances creativity with analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

– Source, vet, and onboard micro-influencers (1–10K followers, up to 50K max) across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

– Own end-to-end influencer campaigns, from outreach and negotiation to briefing, execution, and reporting.

– Develop and maintain long-term relationships with creators aligned with the client’s brand values.

– Use influencer CRM software (e.g., Aspire or similar) to manage databases, communications, and performance tracking.

– Coordinate product gifting and ensure timely deliveries.

– Track and analyze KPIs, including affiliate performance, conversions, organic revenue, and engagement.

– Report campaign insights and optimize future collaborations based on performance data.

– Stay current on creator trends, UGC styles, and emerging platforms.

Experience

– 1–3+ years in influencer marketing or DTC social strategy.

– Proven ability to manage micro-influencer programs and measure ROI.

– Experience with e-commerce or fashion/lifestyle brands is a plus.

– Experience with TikTok is preferred (but not required).

– U.S. e-commerce experience.

– Experience negotiating contracts.

Skills

– Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

– Confident using influencer CRM tools (Aspire or similar).

– Ability to handle ~100 outreach/day.

– Deep understanding of social media and influencer culture, ideally TikTok and influencer culture.

– Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally.

– Passionate about body positivity, inclusivity, and women-led brands is a plus.
