Our client, a thriving real estate investment company specializing in property acquisitions and sales, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Acquisition Specialist to join their team. Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Role Overview:
The Sales Acquisition Specialist will manage incoming leads, drive negotiations, and close contracts with property sellers. Working in a high-volume environment, the role focuses on converting leads into executed contracts, maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets. This position rewards strong closers who are organized, self-motivated, and eager to grow into leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Sales Execution
– Manage approximately 100 new incoming leads per month and convert them into executed contracts.
– Conduct negotiations from first contact through contract execution with potential sellers, focusing on closing deals.
– Identify seller pain points and provide tailored solutions to drive successful acquisitions.
Pipeline & CRM Management
– Maintain an organized and structured sales pipeline within the CRM (Podio preferred), ensuring all lead details are current.
– Follow up consistently with past leads to maximize conversions and maintain engagement.
Performance & Metrics
– Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs, including calls made, talk time, conversion rates, and closed deals.
– Track and report sales progress and deal status to ensure pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
Collaboration & Teamwork
– Work closely with team members to support overall company growth.
– Participate in ongoing training and adopt best practices in negotiation, acquisition, and closing strategies.
Qualifications
Experience:
– Minimum 2+ years of direct real estate acquisitions and closing experience (real estate license not required).
– Demonstrated track record and strong background in full contract negotiation and closing deals.
– Proven ability to maintain consistent closings.
– Experience working with varying deal sizes and volumes.
Skills:
– Exceptional phone etiquette and ability to communicate persuasively with sellers.
– Proficiency in CRM software (Podio highly preferred) and experience managing a high-volume sales pipeline.
– Comfortable using Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive.
– Reliable phone and internet for remote work.
– Fluent English speaker with neutral accent and excellent written grammar.
– Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Flexibility to work weekend shifts when needed.
