Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a Social Media Manager with strong B2B SaaS experience to own the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Meta. You’ll drive lead generation, audience engagement, and brand authority across multiple brands, starting with their flagship venture.
This role blends strategy and execution: you’ll collaborate closely with the founder to plan and optimize campaigns, coordinate content assets, and leverage AI tools and HubSpot to measure performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution
– Develop and execute a content and growth strategy for B2B SaaS audiences across LinkedIn, X, and Meta.
– Create and manage posting schedules, ensuring alignment with brand goals and tone.
– Optimize campaigns for engagement, visibility, and lead generation.
– Coordinate with contractors and designers for visual content using tools like Canva or AI-based platforms.
Content Management
– Partner with the founder to refine and repurpose thought leadership and long-form content for social channels (with future expansion to Substack and Medium).
– Manage and edit content drafts provided by the software or internal team to ensure quality and consistency.
Analytics & Optimization
– Track key performance metrics and iterate based on insights.
– Use HubSpot and platform analytics to report on engagement, growth, and conversion trends.
Cross-Brand Coordination
– Support the launch and growth of new brands under the company umbrella with tailored social strategies.
– Maintain alignment and consistency across all brand accounts and campaigns.
Qualifications:
Experience:
– 3–5+ years of social media management experience in B2B SaaS or tech.
– Proven success managing campaigns that drive lead generation and community growth.
– Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Suite, and ideally HubSpot.
Skills:
– Strong understanding of B2B SaaS audiences and funnel-driven social strategy.
– Excellent written communication and creative thinking.
– Comfortable using Canva and ChatGPT for content ideation and light graphic work.
– Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
– Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven.
– Self-starter with ownership and initiative, eager to grow into a leadership role.
