Role Overview:
The Social Media Specialist will play a key role in managing and executing social media strategies for luxury brands. With experience in social media management, copywriting, and content optimization, the Specialist will ensure that all campaigns and digital initiatives align with the brand’s luxury sensibility.
This role combines content execution and performance analysis to maintain a strong and elegant digital presence that resonates with high-end audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
– Oversee social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
– Manage the content calendar to ensure timely, relevant, and high-quality posts.
– Optimize content formats and messaging to align with each platform’s best practices.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
– Generate and analyze reports to monitor engagement, growth, and content performance.
– Use analytics to refine strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Agency & Team Collaboration
– Collaborate with internal teams to align content with broader brand goals.
– Provide insights and recommendations to enhance social media strategy and engagement.
Resourcefulness & Ownership
– Adapt strategies to drive audience engagement and achieve results.
– Take ownership of execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
Qualifications:
Experience
– 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably with luxury or high-end brands.
– Proven success managing content across multiple social media platforms.
Skills
– Expertise with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social).
– Strong reporting and analytical abilities for interpreting social metrics.
– Deep understanding of luxury brand aesthetics, tone, and digital storytelling.
– Highly resourceful and responsible, with the ability to work independently.
– Bonus: Strong design sensibility and understanding of luxury visual representation.
