💼 Job Description
Player-coach role owning day-to-day IT operations for our flagship Singapore HQ and broader APAC region. You’ll deliver world-class internal support while scaling processes for hyper-growth.
- Lead regional IT support, hardware lifecycle, and office environment
- Procure & manage hardware/stock, onboard/offboard staff
- Provide expert Mac/Windows support and SaaS configuration
- Build and maintain IT knowledge base & documentation
- Design scalable processes and policies
- Manage vendors and regional IT engineers (FTE + contractors)
- Escalate to Engineering/InfoSec and drive one-touch resolutions
✅ Requirements
- 3+ years in IT support lead or engineering roles
- Expert in Apple & Windows device management
- Strong IAM knowledge and problem-solving under ambiguity
- Excellent communication across cultures and seniority levels
- Experience thriving in hyper-growth environments a big plus
