Role and Responsibilities
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will fuel the company’s sales pipeline by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients. You’ll play a key role in generating high-quality leads and booking introductory calls for Account Executives.
- Build and manage prospect lists using LinkedIn and email campaigns.
- Execute daily outreach activities and nurture prospects.
- Book qualified calls and prepare detailed handovers for AEs.
- Maintain data accuracy in CRM systems and document outreach outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize messaging and campaigns.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Energetic communicator with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Experience using LinkedIn, CRM, and email automation tools.
- Motivated and results-driven personality with a growth mindset.
