💼 Job Description
Lead our Emerging Sales team (250–999 employee segment) selling Zapier’s AI-powered automation platform. Own both net-new and expansion revenue through inbound + outbound motions.
- Build & coach a high-performing AE team
- Drive pipeline generation, discovery, multi-threading, and strategic deal execution
- Partner cross-functionally (Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to accelerate adoption & expansion
- Run rigorous forecasting, deal reviews, and operational cadence
- Shape playbooks for the emerging enterprise segment
✅ Requirements
- 2+ years leading quota-carrying AEs + 5+ years SaaS sales experience
- Proven success selling horizontal platforms (AI/automation experience strongly preferred)
- Technical fluency (APIs, integrations, AI, compliance)
- Builder mindset — comfortable in ambiguity and scaling new motions
- Excellent coaching, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration skills
