Role and Responsibilities

As a Payments Manager (EMEA), you will accelerate the adoption of WalletConnect’s payments stack across payment service providers, fintechs, and enterprise clients in the EMEA region. You’ll lead strategic partnerships, define go-to-market strategies, and contribute to the evolution of blockchain-based payment solutions.

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with PSPs, acquirers, and fintechs.
  • Drive adoption and revenue through an effective partner pipeline.
  • Negotiate commercial deals and oversee integrations.
  • Promote WalletConnect at fintech and crypto events.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer feedback with innovation.
  • Monitor payment trends and regulatory shifts across EMEA.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
  • In-depth knowledge of EMEA payments systems, SEPA, open banking, and FX.
  • Track record in managing partnerships with PSPs and fintechs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; regional languages are an advantage.
