### Job Description
Join the Claims Management team to handle refunding over €350M in healthcare expenses annually for 1M+ members. You’ll work on document processing, claims experience, payments, and fraud fighting systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, reliable products that ensure fast and accurate refunds.

### Requirements
– 3+ years of experience in engineering
– Passion for delightful user experiences at scale
– Experience building and shipping web applications
– Interest in business metrics and growth
– Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, or similar OOP languages
– Self-starting and entrepreneurial mindset
– Humble, collaborative, and eager to learn
– English proficiency
– Excitement for healthcare technology and AI
