Role Responsibilities

The Transaction Monitoring Analyst ensures all financial transactions comply with regulations and internal policies to prevent financial crimes. You will analyze suspicious activities, conduct investigations, generate reports, and collaborate with compliance teams.

  • Review daily flagged merchant transactions and assess associated risks.
  • Conduct investigations to identify potential fraud or money laundering.
  • Generate detailed reports for management and regulators.
  • Communicate with clients and partners to clarify suspicious activity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in transaction monitoring or AML.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English, excellent written and verbal communication.
