**Job Description**
Play a key role in scaling financial planning during hyper-growth post Series-B. Own the core financial model, monthly reporting & variance analysis, ROI models for product/growth investments, forecasting, budgeting, investor/board materials, and KPI dashboards. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive unit economics and resource allocation decisions.
**Requirements**
• 3–5 years in SaaS, investment banking, consulting, or high-stakes environment
• Advanced Excel / financial modeling skills (build from scratch)
• Strong analytical & strategic thinking; comfortable with ambiguity
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management
• Bachelor’s in Finance/Economics/Accounting (MBA a plus)
