Drive Zapier’s next wave of ecosystem growth by recruiting and scaling high-impact AI & SaaS partners, accelerating adoption of our Model Context Protocol (MCP), and building repeatable playbooks for hundreds of new integrations.
- Identify & prioritize strategic AI/SaaS partners
- Drive MCP adoption for deeper product experiences
- Build scalable recruitment & activation motions
- Negotiate win-win partnerships
- Create playbooks used across the partnerships org
✅ Requirements
- 6+ years tech partnerships/business development
- Proven track record closing net-new strategic partners
- Deep AI/tool usage in workflows
- Strong negotiation & cross-functional execution
- Data-driven with excellent communication
