**Role responsibilities**
– Participation in various forms of recruitment (staff augmentation, mass recruitment, headhunting, and others)
– Searching SAP experts for our open SAP projects (our end-clients are renowned European clients)
– Conducting phone/online and personal interviews with potential candidates in Czech or in English/German languages
– Updating and creating Job Descriptions and subsequent publication on social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn) and our website
– Placing advertisements of new job vacancies (job portals)
– Drawing up reports at regular intervals
– Being part of the Czech/Slovak/Polish/Bulgarian/German/Romanian recruitment team
– Experience in leading a team is an advantage
– Proactive creating of the network of SAP specialists in the Czech Republic
– Active work with Linkedin, Xing, freelancer’s web portals, …
– Participation in career events

**Qualifications**
– Experience with IT/SAP recruiting of at least 5 years
– Education in the field of HR, or in similar fields (e.g., psychology) is an advantage
– Established networking of IT (SAP) specialists (mainly on LinkedIn)
– Czech/Slovak – native, English – upper-intermediate (B2), German – an advantage
– Independence
