💼 Job Description
Be the voice of Zapier across social platforms. Create witty, human, trend-savvy content that drives engagement and growth on Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels.
- Daily community engagement & conversation leadership
- Manage Reddit presence (with agency support) to shape perception
- Launch major product updates with fresh, accessible storytelling
- Trend-spot & experiment with new formats using AI tools
- Partner with Customer Advocacy, Influencer, and GTM teams
