## Job Role
As Software Engineer at Clipboard Health, build features, sharpen skills, tackle challenges, contribute meaningful solutions healthcare. For growth alongside fast-paced/high-impact company, ownership meaningful projects. Evergreen role add talented engineers.

What You’ll Do:
– Write Scalable/Performant Code: Build/maintain features TypeScript/React/Node.js/NestJS.
– Own Full Lifecycle: Problem definition/design/dev/testing/demo/support production.
– Deploy own code trunk-based/short branches/automated testing.
– Colab Product Managers/Customers: Understand healthcare problems, interact end-users/internal feedback.
– Ensure features solve needs balance speed/quality.
– Participate Remote-First: Async discussions/over-comm/align daily overlap.
– Contribute Customer-Centric: Squash bugs/implement features user mind.
– On-call rotations (one week/month) learn reliable/high-quality services scale.

Who You Are:
– Professional Software Eng Exp: Comfortable TypeScript/JavaScript/React/Node.js/NestJS (language bg not req).
– Familiar AWS (ECS/Terraform) or eager learn.
