Job Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated and inspiring Mall Lead to champion our brand and guide our Sales Representatives in their mission to represent Neo. You’ll be at the forefront of our activation efforts and your primary responsibility will be to empower and enable your team to excel at acquiring customers by signing them up for the Neo Credit card, the Neo Money account, and other Neo products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, ideally within a sales environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A natural ability to motivate, coach, and develop a sales team.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by activation events.
