## Job Role
Not just support customers, power movement 60,000+ healthcare pros platform. Worker Operations owns worker journey. Keep marketplace reliable/high-performing/trust-based. Entry-level front lines urgency/ownership/future leader mindset. Seek experienced customer support pros solve hard problems/build ops knowledge/lead teams. Promote internally starts you.
Note: 24/7 operate. Shift 5 days/7 day cycle (Sun-Sat), Sat AND Sun availability req peak; shifts business needs.
Your Responsibilities:
– Deliver fast/accurate/empathetic support healthcare pros chat/voice/email, resolve shift/payment/platform issues real time.
– Navigate Zendesk/Salesforce investigate/update fields/log notes/maintain doc.
– Judgment/critical thinking troubleshoot/follow/adapt workflows/escalate necessary.
– Personalize comm macros/proofread/address name/confident/helpful tone.
– Monitor trends/flag issues/gaps improve worker exp/internal ops.
– Support onboarding guide new workers workflows/confidence quick.
– Uphold values unreasonably fast/ownership/uncomfortably high standards every interaction.
## Qualifications
– Fluent professional English (spoken/written).
– 2+ years customer support chat/voice.
– 2+ years CRMs Zendesk/Salesforce.
– 2+ years Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Gmail etc) work.
– Thrive fast-paced/cross-functional.
– Proactive problem-solver initiative no direction.
– Strong detail/sound judgment pressure.
– Collaborative team success.
