The Role

As an Account Executive, Enterprise ANZ, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with large, strategic clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business and expand existing accounts. Working alongside sales team members, marketing professionals, and customer success teams, you will be essential for driving significant revenue and positioning Deel as a trusted partner in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a targeted account list and develop account plans for winning business with companies of 2,000+ employees
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, biannual, and yearly revenue targets
  • Continually develop a robust sales pipeline through inbound and outbound prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Present compelling product demonstrations and ROI-focused solutions tailored to enterprise needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term value
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account expansion
  • Leverage CRM tools and sales methodologies to track progress and forecast revenue accurately

What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, with demonstrated success closing large deals and managing complex sales cycles. You should possess strong consultative selling skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to navigate stakeholder management. Experience in HR technology, payroll solutions, or global compliance is highly valued. You must be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
