About This Role
Talent acquisition tools in the Enterprise represent a massive market opportunity with a $1B+ TAM. Ashby is displacing a collection of legacy tools—ATS, Sourcing & CRM, Scheduling, Analytics, Offers & Approvals—with a consolidated talent suite. This proven playbook mirrors Workday's successful consolidation of the HCM market, as customers realize value through multiple integrated solutions.
We are seeking a German-fluent Enterprise Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition in the DACH region. You will manage the complete sales cycle from pipeline generation through closed-won deals, targeting Enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees). Your success will be measured on your ability to excel in consultative selling, pipeline generation, and your appetite for continuous growth and improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Enterprise SaaS Expertise: Proven track record closing multiple $100K+ deals and consistently overachieving $1M+ quotas. Experience winning competitive rip-and-replace opportunities for core platform technologies.
- Clear Communication: Master communicator who asks precise questions and explains complex concepts simply. You establish credibility through clarity.
- Self-Sourcing Capability: Proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Comfortable sourcing 50%+ of your own pipeline with resourcefulness and innovation.
- Product Fluency: Confident delivering micro-demos before engaging Sales Engineering partners. You're fluent in the products you sell and can't imagine operating otherwise.
- Discovery Excellence: Highly skilled at discovery conversations. You prepare thoroughly to establish a point of view, then validate or refine through conversations that identify business drivers aligned to executive priorities.
- Business Acumen: Quick to connect technical problems to downstream business impacts. You craft compelling business cases grounded in customer context and outcomes.
- Competitive Selling: Adept at competitive and evangelical selling. You handle objections with confidence and help prospects understand why consolidation matters.
- German Fluency: Native or fluent German language skills required for DACH region engagement.
