The Role

As Customer Retention Manager, you will own the complete customer retention strategy for our rapidly expanding platform. This is a critical position where you'll build systems, automations, and meaningful customer relationships to ensure clients remain engaged and active on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer retention systems and data-driven churn prevention strategies
  • Conduct proactive outreach calls to unsubscribed customers to gather feedback and execute winback campaigns
  • Contact customers reporting low-quality ratings in real-time to prevent churn, provide consultation, and share upcoming product updates
  • Make strategic calls to active users to collect feedback and identify potential churn risks before they materialize
  • Ensure 100% follow-up on all unsubscribed customer tickets and low-quality rating flags daily
  • Develop innovative, systematic approaches to customer retention based on data analysis

Required Qualifications

  • Proven background working with real estate photographers or editing companies
  • Strong understanding of HDR and flambient real estate photography workflows
  • Fluent English with clear communication skills suitable for professional customer interactions
