Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team developing and managing the overall user experience for BitMEX's hero product—the BitMEX trading platform. As a Product Designer, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and commercial teams to roll out new features and improve the customer experience. You'll have the opportunity to expand your role as the company increases its product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for crypto derivatives trading platform
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and commercial teams on feature development
• Conduct user research and testing to optimize customer experience
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and market requirements
• Contribute to design system documentation and best practices
• Work on improving the overall platform usability for professional traders

What We're Looking For

You should have a strong portfolio demonstrating product design experience, preferably in fintech or crypto sectors. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Sketch is essential. A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments are critical for success in this role.
