Role Overview
We're seeking a Senior Recruiter with 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience to join our executive leadership team. You'll own the entire hiring lifecycle—from initial intake through offer closure—partnering closely with leadership to drive strategic hiring decisions that support our fast-growing pipeline across sales, design, development, project management, and strategy roles.
This is a high-impact position for someone who understands what great hiring looks like: intentional, fast-moving, and deeply focused on both cultural and performance fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and disciplines: sourcing, screening, coordinating, interviewing, and closing
- Partner with the executive team to define role profiles, interview scorecards, and compensation bands
- Source both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, niche job boards, and referral networks
- Evaluate candidates for both cultural fit and role-specific competency—moving beyond checkbox recruiting
- Design and execute structured, efficient hiring processes that keep candidates informed and moving quickly
- Coordinate with hiring managers and streamline communication across all interview stages
- Maintain clean, organized candidate pipelines and track progress with regular metrics reporting
- Build and maintain a strong bench of freelancers and potential full-time hires for future roles
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency, tech, or digital environment
- Proven track record successfully filling a wide range of roles: sales, designers, developers, project managers, strategists
- Deep expertise hiring remote talent globally across U.S., LATAM, India, and other regions
- Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, high-accountability environments with high hiring velocity
- Excellent judgment and hiring instinct—knows when to advance a candidate and when to pass
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear, professional presence
- Tech-savvy with hands-on ATS experience (Ashby, Lever, or equivalent platforms)
Bonus Qualifications
- Prior experience recruiting for creative or digital agencies
- Track record improving internal hiring processes and building recruiting playbooks
- Strong established network of freelance and full-time talent in design, development, and PM space
- Experience with WordPress or web development hiring
