Branch Manager (m/w/d) - Staffing & Recruitment - Halle

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager (m/w/d) to lead and expand our established staffing and recruitment branch in Halle (Saale). This is a successor position with a national personnel services company that has built a strong reputation over many years. You will take full operational responsibility for branch growth, revenue targets, and team development in a dynamic recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations with results-oriented management and strategic direction
• Own full P&L responsibility and actively manage gross profit margins
• Manage, develop, and mentor your internal team both professionally and administratively
• Actively pursue sales development and acquire new clients in the regional market
• Maintain and expand existing customer relationships to drive sustainable business growth
• Oversee recruitment processes alongside your team to ensure consistent staffing capability
• Analyze key performance indicators and implement targeted measures to achieve targets
• Report directly to senior management and drive strategic branch positioning
• Position the branch competitively within the regional recruitment landscape

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in the staffing and personnel services industry
• Demonstrated passion for sales and business development
• Strong networking abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented work approach with ability to lead and motivate teams
• Strategic thinking with operational execution capability
