Shape the Future of Consulting Talent
As an Early Careers Specialist at Capco, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous evolution of early-career talent programmes across the organisation. This permanent hybrid role is based in Bratislava and sits within our Corporate Services practice, offering a unique opportunity to develop the next generation of consulting professionals entering the financial services, banking, and insurance sectors.
The Role
You will oversee the full lifecycle of development for apprentices, graduates, interns, and career-changers, working as a strategic bridge between business leaders, technical subject matter experts, HR, Talent Acquisition, and external training partners. Your focus will be ensuring early-career professionals develop both consulting capability and foundational technical knowledge aligned with Capco's industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive early-career development programmes including apprenticeships, graduate schemes, and structured learning pathways tailored to individual career trajectories
- Manage multiple cohorts simultaneously, tracking progress, supporting professional development, and providing coaching throughout the complete programme lifecycle
- Partner strategically with business leaders and subject matter experts to ensure learning content aligns with consulting capabilities and evolving financial services industry needs
- Oversee apprenticeship programmes with focus on levy utilisation, regulatory compliance, and relationship management with external training providers
- Leverage programme data, feedback, and performance insights to drive continuous improvement and measurable outcomes
- Champion early-career talent initiatives that enhance retention, engagement, and career progression within Capco
What We're Looking For
You bring experience in talent development, learning programme design, or early-career initiatives within professional services. Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills are essential. Experience with apprenticeship frameworks, compliance requirements, and data-driven programme evaluation is highly valued.
