About the Role

Join charity: water as Senior Manager of New Business Development and become a driving force behind our corporate partnership growth strategy. In this high-impact remote position, you'll leverage strategic instincts, market presence, and proven dealmaking expertise to systematically identify, pursue, and close high-value brand partnerships that advance our mission and fuel organizational revenue goals.

You'll own the complete new business lifecycle—from pipeline strategy and prospecting through pitching and closing—with an unwavering focus on corporate brands and companies aligned with our values and ambitions. As a primary revenue driver for the Global Partnerships team, you'll represent charity: water as a credible, compelling brand ambassador capable of earning the trust of senior marketing, CSR, philanthropic, and brand leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive new business strategy with defined KPIs and pipeline targets to drive revenue growth and market presence
  • Contribute directly to annual revenue goals with a dedicated new business target, owning your number with discipline and clear process
  • Serve as front-facing brand ambassador in meetings, pitch rooms, and networking settings with infectious passion and polish
  • Strategically prospect and pitch potential partners through direct outreach, networking, industry events, referrals, and research
  • Prepare compelling outreach materials, tailored proposals, pitch decks, and partnership packages that make a compelling case for partnership
  • Identify and close inbound opportunities with potential for long-term, flagship-level brand partnerships
  • Strategically leverage the charity: water Experience Lab in Franklin, TN as a premier prospecting and deal-closing tool
  • Build new business presence in Nashville market with regular day-trip travel
  • Manage full sales pipeline with rigor: tracking outreach, deal stages, and revenue forecasts
  • Execute proactive win-back strategy for lapsed partners

About You

You bring seasoned market knowledge and sharp sales-driven instincts for opportunity. You possess experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or similar revenue-focused sales roles. Your strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and ability to build lasting relationships distinguish you as a leader capable of representing our brand authentically and earning buy-in from senior decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship
  • East Coast proximity strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel to Nashville, TN on regular day-trip basis
  • Proven track record in new business development and partnership sales
