Job Description

About CyberSheath

CyberSheath Services International LLC is a rapidly growing Managed Services Provider primarily focused on providing cybersecurity services to the Defense Industrial Base (DIB). We are expanding our staff due to strong growth and seeking an experienced Cloud Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team.

CyberSheath integrates compliance and threat mitigation efforts, eliminating redundant security practices that weaken an organization's security posture. Our professionals advise clients where to stop spending, where to invest, and how to integrate existing solutions for improved security outcomes.

The Role

The Cloud Operations Engineer is a customer-facing position responsible for assisting with project and deployment tasks in support of CyberSheath Managed Services clients' onboarding and technology initiatives. You will engage new clients to understand their architecture, implement CyberSheath solutions and technologies, and address potential infrastructure gaps.

Working as part of a project team, you will manage support and migration/implementation projects for clients' IT systems. You'll apply detailed knowledge of on-premise and cloud-hosted Microsoft systems—including Office 365 and Azure—to manage customer computing environments effectively.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provision and deliver computer systems and services for both on-premise and cloud-hosted solutions
  • Perform regular migrations to Office 365 (email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and server migrations to Azure, implementing various Azure technologies
  • Design and deliver secure cloud solutions leveraging Office 365 and Azure platforms
  • Conduct architecture, design, system evaluation, analysis, and infrastructure assessments
  • Deploy and maintain security tools and monitoring agents including endpoint protection, vulnerability management, log collection, multifactor authentication, and RMM solutions
  • Track all activities, detailed case notes, and time entries within Service Desk Ticketing systems
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud and on-premise infrastructure

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates are self-motivated, independent problem-solvers who think creatively. Our most successful team members are self-starters willing to wear multiple hats and contribute to our upward trajectory. We seek professionals passionate about cybersecurity and committed to delivering excellence for Defense Industrial Base clients.
