Key Responsibilities

• Data Movement & Transformation: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into unified systems
• Data Warehousing: Build and enhance data warehouse solutions, from small-scale systems to centralized platforms on Microsoft Fabric
• Analysis & Visualization: Conduct comprehensive data analyses and design impactful reports and dashboards for stakeholders
• Data Architecture: Support the development of data models and structures optimized for efficient data processing
• AI & Modern Technologies: Leverage advanced technologies for data analysis and pattern recognition
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with multiple teams to translate data into actionable business insights and measurable value

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Technical Business Administration, or comparable qualification in IT, Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (query writing, optimization, and development)
• Demonstrated experience building data warehouse structures (Star Schema, Snowflake architecture)
• Practical expertise with Power BI (data modeling, DAX formulas, visualization design)
• Initial ETL process experience; familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or comparable platforms is advantageous
• Strong communication skills, hands-on mentality, problem-solving ability, teamwork orientation, and initiative
• Fluent German language skills (very good level)
