About the Role

Deel is seeking a highly skilled Offensive Security Specialist to join our security team as a Red Team member. This is not a typical penetration testing position—it's an opportunity to engage broadly and deeply across our security landscape, devise innovative attack emulations, and drive strategic security improvements across the organization.

In this role, you will:

• Craft and execute offensive security initiatives that continuously challenge and test our defenses
• Conduct comprehensive penetration testing across web, mobile, network, infrastructure, and cloud environments
• Design and execute end-to-end red and purple team engagements
• Focus on continuously testing the security of our rapidly evolving products and high-value systems
• Work in close partnership with the blue team, engineering teams, and security leadership
• Influence strategic security improvements and contribute to organizational security posture
• Develop innovative attack scenarios that emulate real-world threat actors

What We're Looking For

You are an exceptional offensive security professional with deep hands-on experience in multiple security domains. Your expertise spans web application penetration testing, mobile security assessments, network exploitation, infrastructure testing, and cloud security. You possess strong technical knowledge of attack methodologies, exploit development, and advanced reconnaissance techniques.

Beyond technical skills, you are collaborative, strategic thinker who can communicate complex security findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
