About the Role
Join EMIL Group GmbH as a Working Student in Recruiting and support our dynamic recruiting team across the entire recruitment process for both tech and non-tech profiles. You'll work closely with our Senior Recruiter, gaining comprehensive insights into modern recruiting strategies and talent acquisition best practices. Beyond daily operations, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to smaller projects independently, helping us attract the best talent to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Active Sourcing & Talent Identification: Identify and proactively reach out to qualified candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, building and maintaining talent pipelines.
- Candidate Experience & Process Management: Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.
- End-to-End Recruitment Support: Guide candidates through the complete recruiting pipeline—from job posting creation through screening to interview preparation.
- Data Management & Recruiting Tools: Work with our applicant tracking system (Personio), maintain candidate data, and support analysis of key recruiting metrics.
- Projects & Employer Branding: Contribute to recruitment optimization initiatives and employer branding efforts to strengthen our company reputation.
- Mentorship & Learning: Work alongside experienced recruiters to learn best practices in talent acquisition and modern recruiting methodologies.
What You Bring
- Strong organizational skills with excellent priority management abilities
- High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and personal responsibility
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset—you think strategically and ahead
- Fluent communication skills in German and English
- Proficiency with standard business tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, calendar systems)
- Ability to maintain clarity and focus in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR processes
