About The Role

We are expanding our Global Sales Force and seeking established Global Relationship Managers across various locations. Reporting to the Regional Head of Sales, you will manage complex client interactions across different time zones and cultures, offering unlimited investment opportunities to existing clients while prospecting new markets and attracting new business.

The ideal candidate possesses a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in business development and selling to HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and private investors.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as liaison to top-tier clients including premium retail and institutional clients, financial institutions, and high net-worth individuals
  • Provide tailored solutions to client inquiries while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular strategic meetings to review client needs, goals, and satisfaction levels

Business Development:

  • Identify expansion opportunities for services and solutions with existing clients
  • Collaborate with Regional Head, sales, and marketing teams to develop strategies enhancing client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize business performance and client satisfaction

Problem Management & Resolution:

  • Manage wide-scale service issues and trade-related problems efficiently
  • Oversee trade and margin analysis, manage accounts and funding processes
  • Apply strong understanding of cash markets, equities, and derivatives to support client needs
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and achieve business objectives
