About The Role
We are expanding our Global Sales Force and seeking established Global Relationship Managers. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex client interactions across different time zones and cultures. You will be passionate about offering unlimited investment opportunities to existing clients while prospecting new markets and attracting new business. This role reports to the Regional Head of Sales.
The successful candidate must have proven experience in business development and selling to HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and private investors.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as liaison to top-tier clients including premium retail and institutional clients, financial institutions, and high net-worth individuals
- Provide tailored solutions to client inquiries while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular client meetings to review needs, goals, and satisfaction levels
Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand services and solutions to existing clients
- Collaborate with Regional Head, sales, and marketing teams to formulate relationship enhancement and business development strategies
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to enhance business performance and client satisfaction
Problem Management and Resolution:
- Manage wide-scale service issues and trade-related problems effectively
- Oversee trade and margin analysis, account management, and funding processes
- Apply strong understanding of cash markets, equities, and derivatives to support client needs
- Address and resolve client issues promptly and professionally
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and achieve business objectives
