The Role
Join the GoFundMe Pro sales team as an Outbound Development Representative (BDR/EDR). You'll be the first point of contact for prospective GoFundMe Pro customers, connecting nonprofits with innovative fundraising technology that amplifies their mission and increases online donations. As an Outbound Development Representative, you will execute high-volume, strategic, and personalized outreach to nonprofit decision-makers using emerging technology. You'll uncover fundraising challenges, build tailored engagement plans, and foster meaningful relationships across departments. Your focus will be on facilitating qualifying calls, conducting discovery sessions with key stakeholders, and showcasing GoFundMe Pro's value while managing a high-quality sales pipeline for seamless handoff to our Account Executive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage multiple outreach channels including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, calls, voicemails, and emails to reach key decision-makers with strategy and persistence
- Facilitate qualifying calls and discovery sessions with high-level nonprofit decision-makers through insightful questioning and relationship building
- Execute creative engagement strategies including event outreach, mailers, and conference follow-ups to drive account engagement
- Qualify, build, and manage a sales pipeline in Salesforce with focus on quality conversations and deal flow
- Accurately document and track all activities in Salesforce CRM
- Embrace AI tools to enhance personalized outreach at scale and drive innovation
- Balance inbound and outbound priorities while maintaining focus on pipeline-driving initiatives
- Support multiple Account Executives across Commercial or Enterprise sectors with valuable mentorship and insight into advanced sales strategies
