As an Insurance Broker AI Trainer, you will work 8–20 hours per week on a remote basis, evaluating and improving how artificial intelligence understands and applies insurance expertise at scale. Rather than conducting traditional brokerage projects, you'll apply your deep professional knowledge to help AI systems reason about insurance authentically and accurately.

What You Will Do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to insurance policies, risk assessments, claims processes, and practical aspects of brokerage work
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world insurance requirements and regulations
• Draft realistic insurance scenarios based on your direct professional experience in the field
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives, including broker, client, insurer, and regulator viewpoints
• Identify gaps, oversights, and weak reasoning in AI-generated insurance content
• Assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true insurance reasoning, authentic documentation, and practical procedures

Who You Are

• A senior-level insurance broker with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
• Experienced in advising on, preparing, and executing comprehensive insurance solutions and claims
• Skilled at evaluating documentation, risk assessments, and compliance standards in insurance
• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback on complex content
• Available for 8–20 hours per week with prompt availability and reliable communication
• Based in the EU or UK region
