Graphic Designer (m/w/d) - Full-Time Position

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team in Munich. You will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing cross-media campaigns that make an impact across print, online, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceive, design, and implement cross-media campaigns (print, online, social media)
• Create traditional advertising materials including flyers, brochures, advertisements, posters, and corporate stationery
• Develop and maintain corporate identity systems and brand guidelines
• Design, build, and maintain WordPress websites
• Perform retouching, image editing, and print preparation tasks
• Collaborate closely with creative teams and project management to deliver exceptional results

Required Qualifications

• Completed training or degree in graphic design, communication design, or equivalent professional qualification
• Proven professional experience in an agency environment or similar creative setting
• Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of typography, design principles, and cross-media thinking
• Independent, structured work approach with excellent teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• WordPress website development and maintenance experience
• Technical understanding of web structures and architecture
• Experience with AI-powered design tools
