Role Overview
As an Online Notary Professional, you will help customers understand notarization requirements and prepare them for legally valid document authentication. This contract role combines customer education with professional notarization expertise in a fully remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Conduct 30-minute consultations explaining notarization processes and requirements
- Educate customers on which documents require notarization and why
- Provide detailed guidance on remote online notarization requirements and procedures
- Help customers prepare documents before notarization sessions to ensure compliance
- Explain identity verification protocols and legal compliance standards
Ideal Background
- Commissioned Notary Public with Remote Online Notary (RON) certification preferred
- Proven experience notarizing legal and financial documents
- Familiarity with digital notarization platforms and processes
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex legal requirements clearly
- Commitment to accuracy and compliance in document handling
