Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and reach for STARTPLATZ AI HUB
• Plan and execute social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Organize and promote events and workshops to expand the STARTPLATZ network and community
• Create compelling content for our website and blog to inform and inspire our target audience
• Analyze marketing performance and generate detailed reports to optimize future campaigns
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadline adherence

What We're Looking For

• Experience in marketing, brand management, or digital media with a proven track record
• Expert knowledge of social media, content creation, and event management
• Strong project management abilities with capacity to work independently and show initiative
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and develop data-driven strategies
• Passion for artificial intelligence and innovation with genuine interest in contributing to the AI sector
• Excellent creative skills to develop innovative campaigns that resonate with target audiences
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Comfort with AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Team player mentality with ability to collaborate effectively and work autonomously
