MS Dynamics 365 Developer (German Speaking)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Developer to join our talented team at SoftwareMind. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled developer who is fluent in German and has a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development. You will work on challenging projects that impact businesses globally, collaborating with a diverse, internationally-minded team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain customizations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production environments
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute technical recommendations
• Maintain and update technical documentation for developed solutions
• Support German-speaking clients with technical consultation and implementation guidance

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (minimum 2-3 years)
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET framework
• Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, plugins, workflows, and JavaScript customizations
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services integration
• Fluent German language skills (spoken and written) for client communication
• Knowledge of SQL Server and data manipulation
• Experience with version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
