Position Overview

As an Account Executive, you will drive new business development by acquiring leads, understanding customer needs, and guiding prospects through a smooth sales process. This role offers a terrific opportunity for a results-driven individual to launch and expand a successful sales career in healthcare technology. Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and schedule new meetings with target clients through strategic cold calls and email outreach
  • Research companies, identify key decision-makers, and develop qualified leads for the sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect interactions in CRM systems
  • Develop engaging copy for email marketing campaigns targeting prospects at all stages of the sales cycle
  • Implement best practices in cold-calling and cold-emailing using excellent interpersonal skills
  • Conduct product demonstrations with prospective clients
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes on schedule
  • Develop territory plans leveraging existing customer relationships
  • Accurately forecast and manage sales funnel pipeline
  • Shepherd prospects through complete sales cycles from initial appointment to deal closure

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability in lead generation and prospecting
  • Strong CRM and sales process management experience
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Results-driven mindset with focus on achieving sales targets
  • Understanding of healthcare technology or B2B SaaS sales preferred
