The Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Billing Support Associate to join our billing operations team. You'll partner closely with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate billing, timely account updates, and exceptional service experiences. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, navigating multiple systems, and helping customers find solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support billing operations and ensure accurate invoicing for customers
- Partner with customers to resolve billing inquiries and account issues
- Navigate and manage multiple billing systems efficiently
- Identify root causes of billing issues and implement solutions
- Maintain detailed records and meet deadlines consistently
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences
Must-Have Qualifications
- Tech-savvy with ability to learn and navigate multiple systems efficiently
- 1+ years of customer service experience or related background
- Strong multitasking skills and comfort working across multiple platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail with focus on identifying and resolving issues
- Highly customer service oriented with commitment to positive experiences
- Highly organized and reliable in managing tasks and deadlines
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or NetSuite
- Associate degree or higher education
- Familiarity with SaaS billing processes
- Healthcare industry experience
