About the Role

We're entering the next phase of growth and looking for a Growth Lead to drive new business and deepen our reach across the industries where trust matters most. IF operates in a complex and nuanced space supporting organisations to create trustworthy products and services. You'll work closely alongside IF's leadership team, learning the landscape and gradually building your confidence to represent IF's expertise in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Pipeline Management

  • Originate and respond to incoming new business opportunities, building relationships across industries and widening the IF brand reach
  • Develop and maintain a researched, prioritised target client list using best-in-class tools and AI to make prospecting sharper and more efficient
  • Own and manage IF's pipeline—identifying, qualifying, and progressing opportunities with clear reporting on health, conversion, and priorities
  • Lead the scoping, writing, and presenting of proposals in collaboration with delivery and strategy teams
  • Work with teams to extend existing client work and identify new revenue streams, developing strategic relationships that position IF for significant programme-level engagement
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients by understanding their challenges and positioning IF's expertise with credibility

Positioning & Market Visibility

  • Contribute to IF's thought leadership content, including blogs, frameworks based on findings, and tools for global practitioners
  • Shape how IF shows up in the market through events strategy, partnerships, and outreach initiatives
  • Bring market insight and informed perspectives on growth sectors, emerging problems, and ideal client types

Strategic Contributions

  • Participate in company-wide conversations about strategy, direction, and culture
  • Provide data-driven market intelligence to inform organisational growth decisions
