This is an exciting time to join Remote as an Account Executive on our Sales Team. This is a pure hunting role focused on driving net new business and revenue growth for Remote's Global HR Platform across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue net new business opportunities in the DACH market
- Respond to incoming customer queries and understand their employment compliance needs
- Guide prospective and active customers through Remote's full suite of HR products and solutions
- Help customers maximize their use of Remote's Global HR Platform to meet their international employment needs
- Leverage Remote's fair price guarantee to build transparent, trust-based customer relationships
- Work independently while collaborating actively with the wider sales and product teams
What You Bring
- Language Skills: Fluent German and English (required for DACH market coverage)
- Sales Excellence: Proven track record in enterprise or B2B sales with ability to close net new business
- Work Ethic: High integrity, self-motivated, and self-directed professional who thrives independently
- Organizational Skills: Efficient at multitasking, prioritization, and time management in a fast-paced remote environment
- Product Understanding: In-depth knowledge of HR technology, global employment compliance, or international payroll solutions is a plus
- Communication: Strong ability to articulate complex HR solutions to diverse customer audiences
- Adaptability: Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones with a globally distributed team
