As an Account Executive on the Sales Team, you would drive net new business for Remote in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This is a pure hunting role focused on prospecting and closing new customer accounts. The Sales team responds to incoming inquiries and helps customers maximize Remote's full suite of HR products to meet their employment needs. Your role would involve understanding customer requirements, demonstrating platform value, and leveraging Remote's fair price guarantee to build transparent partnerships.
What You Bring
- Languages: Fluent German and English (required for DACH market)
- Work Ethic: High level of integrity, self-motivation, and commitment to excellence
- Independence & Collaboration: Able to work independently while actively contributing to team goals
- Organization: Efficient multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Sales Acumen: Experience in account executive or business development roles with proven ability to close deals
- Platform Knowledge: Understanding of HR technology, global employment compliance, or payroll solutions (preferred)
