The Opportunity

As an Account Executive on our Sales Team, you'll drive net new business for Remote in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This is a pure hunting role focused on prospecting and closing deals with organizations seeking global employment solutions. You'll help customers understand how Remote's comprehensive HR platform can meet their international employment needs while embodying our commitment to transparency through fair pricing guarantees.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue net new business opportunities within the DACH market
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closure
  • Educate prospects on Remote's Global HR Platform and its suite of products
  • Help customers maximize Remote's capabilities to meet their employment compliance and management needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and active customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas

What You Bring

  • Language Fluency: Fluent in German and English (required for DACH region coverage)
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales with ability to close deals independently
  • Self-Motivation: Self-directed, self-motivated professional capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with team members
  • Work Ethic: High level of integrity and professional standards
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR software, employment compliance, or global payroll solutions (preferred)
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
