About the Role

Ashby is seeking a versatile, intrinsically motivated Senior Product Designer to join our growing design team. You'll work as part designer, part product manager, part consultant, and part design system manager—contributing to rethinking how modern software is designed. This is a unique opportunity to shape the product direction of a rapidly scaling HR tech platform trusted by industry leaders like Notion, Linear, Shopify, and Snowflake.
